Laura Ashley Acacia Electric Fireplace Suite

The Laura Ashley Acacia Electric Fireplace Suite is a designer suite ideal for those looking to create that traditional fireplace look while still maintaing a contemporary feel but without the luxury of gas or a chimney. The Acacia fireplace suite includes everything you need to create the traditional look, the surround, cast iron effect back panel, hearth and matching electric fire.
The surround is available in natural oak and chestnut features column detailing each side and a stylised edge to the mantle shelf, this works very well with the straight lines of the highlighted black cast iron effect back panel and the strong vertical and horizontal lines of the fret on the front of the electric fire.

The electric fire on the Laura Ashley Acacia suite features a 3-dimensional virtual flame effect that utilises low-energy LED's projecting onto a unique transparent screen for ultimate realism, this, combined with the realistic coal effect creates a very authentic looking electric fire. A remote control comes as standard with the Acacia allowing for ultimate control from the comfort of a sofa or armchair with a flame only setting in 3 different light levels and a choice of 0.75kW or 1.5kW heat output from the electric fan heater discreetly situated in the canopy of the fire.

This designer suite would look great in a living room with more traditional elements of design while maintaining an overall contemporary feel.

Dimplex Mozart Electric Fireplace Suite

The Dimplex Fires Mozart Stone Electric Fireplace Suite is a neo-classical interpretation of the traditional fireplace and surround.

The Mozart Fireplace suite is completely freestanding and only requires standing against a wall and a 13 amp plug socket to install and become the focal point of your living room and using the flane effect only setting can help create the desired ambience of being sat in front of a fire without having to heat the room. But when heat is required 1 or 2 Kw of heat can be quickly brought into the room and help take the edge off the cold.
The stone effect surround features strong vertical lines reminiscent of the columns of Greek or Roman Temples, the simple minimalist mantle and hearth exaggerate these vertical lines and give the fireplace a strong presence in the room.
The contrasting black marble effect back panel contrasts strongly with the white stone effect surround to really draw attention to the sypathetically designed modern electric fire that adds to the neo-classical design while remaining modern and contemporary. The dark marble-effect and dark trim of the fire really emphasise the electric log effect fire.
The neo-classical and simple design would work well in almost any room with simple contemporary decor. The white stone effect may be lost when stood up against a pale or white wall but the Mozart Electric fire is also available with a black gloss effect surround to help stand out from paler walls and give a more modernist and contemporary feel.
